Love For The Environment

We are passionate about the environment. We are proud to be a zero waste hotel. What does that mean? It practically means that our only rubbish to through away is paper (the one that cannot be recycled) and cigarette butts. We follow a non waste policy on all aspects of our business. We save water by a very clever system where water from the rooms is collected, cleaned etc and then goes to the garden where it waters our beautiful plants and trees with an automated system that saves every little drop and energy too. We have solar panels that collect the sun 365 days a year and transform it to energy to heat water, a fact which keeps the consumption of conventional energy (diesel, gas etc) to the minimum. We recycle, compost, we use dispensers where possible, we give cooked oil, electric appliances to recycling businesses, we share spare food with our staff, we give away food residue to local farmers of our neighborhood who feed their chickens, pigs and all sorts of cute animals. We try to implement cyclical methods on all departments of the hotel. We believe that our planet deserves a better chance.
